ONLINE Svaroopa® Yoga Classes

Live, in person classes are no longer offered.
90-105 minute Deeper online class offered through Zoom

Thursdays: 6:30 - 8:00pm PT

Fees: $72 for one full month  (4)of classes, beginning at the first of the month.  A 5-class month is $90;  or
$90 for 4 classes non-sequential;
$22 for a drop-in class

 If you have a daily Svaroopa yoga and already have props (blankets/blocks/chair) we can determine whether a private session or joining the current group is best for you.  Note to prospective students familiar with other styles:  the release offered in Svaroopa yoga is only possible through supporting the body in each pose. This can be very different from other styles - thus the private session/s will help determine how you can utilize your available materials for props.
